Dear John:  In follow-up to my discussion with you two weeks ago about taking Action Belize's Cave Tubing trip, you sent me a copy of a customer's thank you note (see below).  I was in the same position in terms of leeriness about booking my shore excursions over the internet with independent companies.  Well, thanks to your company and your outstanding guide, Roberto, I no longer have those concerns.  You can repeat for us verbatim every word in that Thank You message.  The cave tubing was fun unto itself, but Roberto made it all that much more awesome.  He is every adjective used below - friendly, informative, professional, and fun.  His knowledge of that area's eco systems really enhanced our experience.  I cannot recommend him and your company enough.  If I ever get back down to Belize, whether by cruise ship or by land vacation, Action Belize will be the first company I contact to plan my adventures in the area.  Thanks.  Paul & Tracy, Fort Collins, Colorado

John:  Just a note to let you know what a wonderful time we had in Belize. I cannot say enough positive things about Roberto, our (first) guide and driver. A walking history book, he is. He did a fantastic job of getting us to the river before the cattle herd of cruise ship people, he gave a wonderful explanation of the flora and fauna, and took us on a wonderful trip down the river. As both an employee and an employer, I know you hear the negative far more frequently than the positive, and you need to know how hard he worked showing us a wonderful day.  On our return trip we had Anthony. He too, took us on quite an adventure. We simply had a blast.  Belize reminded me of the Cozumel before commercialism and tourism took over. What I would like now is some information regarding a return trip spending several days in Belize. Roberto told us he usually does the ruins, but we are interested in knowing what kind of package we can set up with Roberto to guide us. Roberto told us of caves with hieroglyphics in them dating back to 800 BC. We would like to see these as well as an extended hike in the rain forests, more, longer cave tubing and at least one day of fishing...  Vickie & Byron
