It's time to turn off CNN (I will label it Constant Negative News). I happened to listen to Paul Harvey a couple of days ago and received the real news... along with the rest of the story. The real news is that there are only 8 confirmed cases of anthrax with one fatality. People are conjuring up a panic over this... all the while having a much greater chance of being injured or killed in an automobile. Yet most of us will put that key in the ignition today and think nothing of it. The constant negative news (other networks are just as guilty) that feeds into your soul will undermine your peace and have you living in fear. "Fear" can be identified as F-E-A-R: False Evidence Appearing Real. If this is happening to you... try turning it off. If you feel you need to be updated, find Paul Harvey on the radio! (No, he is not paying us for this endorsement!) While the Sept 11 events are a great tragedy and life will never be the same as we once knew it, I suggest the following:
1. Turn off the "constant negative news".
2. Turn on some "positive news".
3. Be aware of who and what is going on around you (street smarts).
4. Schedule and prioritize family time.
5. Appreciate where you are and what you have.
6. Work hard, enjoy family & friends, and reward yourself.
7. Frequently visit the ActionBelize web site.

To the eco-interests... the rainforest is alive with flora, fauna and caves!
